Week 8, day 1

People over 70 are able to start getting vaccinated! I pitched this today and was able to write about it. It's times like this where I'm happy to be looking at Montreal news so often because my dad is over 70, and I immediately asked him if he wanted me to book him an appointment (to which he said yes).

Whenever I can't find anything on Instagram or about food, I try to also look for events or activities for people to do. I think those are pretty evergreen topics, but also people are looking for more activities after months of lockdown and winter.

And so I found Montreal's ghost walks were still going on. I remember going on one as a kid in Quebec City, so it was fun to write about the one here; however, it wasn't necessarily a fun piece to write. I didn't realize how little information about it there would be and that the pictures of it wouldn't be so appealing.
